The set themes of the Eye of Culture competition comprise the concept of Rijeka\u2019s candidacy: port, water, work, and diversity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The intention of the competition was to animate the widest possible audience to interpret culture and what they perceive as culture with photography. It was opened from 18 June to 14 October 2014 and published on the official website of <a href=\"http:\/\/fotoklubrijeka.hr\/oko-kulture\/\">Fotoklub Rijeka<\/a>, of the website of Rijeka \u2013 candidate city for the European Capital of Culture 2020 \u2013 and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/riepk2020\">Facebook page <em>Rijeka \u2013 kandidat za EPK 2020<\/em><\/a> (Rijeka \u2013 candidate for European Capital of Culture 2020).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The exhibition was opened from 30 October to 10 November, when prizes were given to the best authors, as well as the audience, who voted for the best photographs in the Principij gallery and by following this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/media\/set\/?set=a.274631366079304.1073741838.230964957112612&amp;type=3\">link<\/a> at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/riepk2020\">Facebook page of the City of Rijeka\u2019s candidacy for the European Capital of Culture<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the assessment of the expert jury consisting of Iva Prosoli, Plamena \u0160arlija and Borislav Bo\u017ei\u0107, the winner of the competition is Zvonko Radi\u010danin, while the second prize was won by Dario Jurjevi\u0107, and the third by Ivan Kosi\u0107.
