{"id":43796,"date":"2019-11-10T20:52:50","date_gmt":"2019-11-10T19:52:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.rijeka2020.eu\/o-epk-projektu\/obnova-zgrada\/mmsu\/"},"modified":"2019-12-15T10:05:04","modified_gmt":"2019-12-15T09:05:04","slug":"mmsu","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ri2020.eu\/en\/about-the-project\/buildings-renovation\/mmsu\/","title":{"rendered":"Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Refurbishment works on the H-shaped building at the former Rikard Ben\u010di\u0107 factory complex, which has been the home of the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art since 2017, were financed in the amount of 9.2 million HRK by the City of Rijeka.<\/p>\n<p>Dinko Pera\u010di\u0107 was the lead designer.<\/p>\n<p>The Museum will become fully functional following the refurbishment and the expansion of the MoMaCA into the remainder of the H-shaped building, the ownership of which is being negotiated with the PIK Company.<\/p>\n<p>In 2017, the Museum moved into the 1550 m\u00b2 equipped and refurbished area occupying the ground floor, first floor and the hall therein.<\/p>\n<p>The architect Dinko Pera\u010di\u0107 won the Croatian Architects&#8217;
